Co-founders Vuyani Sifiniza and Mark Lotter met as teenagers at Zonnebloem NEST High School in Cape Town (1993–1996), where their bond was shaped by a common passion for leadership, community, and a belief in Africa’s potential. Vusimalo will focus on identifying and executing clean arbitrage opportunities — strategic gaps where value can be unlocked ethically and sustainably to drive both company growth and lasting impact.
